http://land-book.com/ – a great collection of landing pages, all of them not just templates and working sites, here you can find things for inspiration
http://littlebigdetails.com/ – love this site, it contains things which make the design something more than just a visual image. I would even say that this is a demonstration of how useful and a good interface should be the
http://www.wufoo.com/ – sometimes I use this site for inspiration. There’s a lot of examples with forms, and not all of them are very poorly done
http://userium.com/ – checklist for the designer, it is very convenient to check whether you have correctly designed
